A multilingual academic content platform designed to present articles, institutional information, contributor profiles, topics, and educational content across Japanese, English, and Chinese.

Project Context

The project required a clear and scalable structure for multiple content types while maintaining consistency across three languages and desktop and mobile devices.

Conference website and presentation system

Conference E-Poster Platform

A conference digital environment combining website production, visual communication, poster browsing, search, large-screen presentation, and staff-facing controls.

Project Context

The event required a reliable method for participants to browse dozens of digital posters on-site. Staff also needed a clear interface and documented operating process for use during the event.

Internal workflow digitization

Internal Request System

An internal PHP and MySQL application developed to digitize equipment requests, reservation visibility, approvals, status tracking, asset administration, and operational reporting.

Project Context

Employees needed a clearer process for submitting requests and checking existing reservations. Administrators required a centralized interface for reviewing, approving, rejecting, and managing requests.

Tokyo Fiscal Forum

Planned and produced the event website, key visual, participant-facing information, content updates, and related digital materials, while also supporting participant communication and on-site delivery.

Government & International Forum 2024 & 2025

Tokyo Immigration Forum

Supported two consecutive editions of an international immigration forum, contributing to the project over two years. My work included website planning and production, multilingual information structure, participant-facing content, visual materials, ongoing updates, stakeholder coordination, and operational support.

Seminar on Economic Policies

Built and maintained a participant portal and programme website while managing forms, English communication, submission tracking, travel guidance, documentation, and operational preparation.

Academic Conference2026

EVTM Asia

Led visual direction and website production and developed a dedicated E-Poster platform with search, large-screen display, public and staff workflows, reset tools, configuration, and bilingual manuals.

JSMH Annual Meeting

Created the conference key visual and developed responsive participant-facing pages covering registration, programme information, presenter guidance, sponsorship, access, and ongoing updates.

JAETP Annual Meeting

Reorganized and rebuilt an existing conference website, improving its page structure, reusable CSS, mobile navigation, sitemap, search-engine settings, performance, and maintainability.

Produced and updated conference pages, refined visual presentation, standardized tables, notices, buttons, shared layouts, and responsive behavior across the participant-facing website.
